We respect your time. Most appointments start within 5 minutes of your scheduled time. If there's ever a delay, we'll let you know immediately — no one likes sitting in a waiting room wondering when they'll be called.
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring a family member or friend for support. They can stay with you in the consultation room and, with your permission, in the treatment room as well. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
We provide a detailed treatment plan with all costs clearly explained before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises. You'll know exactly what to expect, and we'll never recommend treatment you don't need.
We understand life happens. We just ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another patient. There's no penalty for rescheduling with proper notice — we'd rather see you when you're ready.
